Types of work we do
Durham Masonic Hall (a lovely customer since since October 2021)
- Emails – emailing customers, answering enquiries
- Phone calls – taking all calls, dealing with enquiries
- Quotes – sending quote out to customers and making bookings
- Invoice requests – getting paid off the customers
- Social media – managing the Facebook page and group, all content and design, scheduling posts and sharing in groups, replying to comments and messages
