The first step is to book a call back. Here we will chat about your business, what you’re looking for and what you're struggling with.
It would be useful to start to make a list like:
- jobs you need or want doing in your business
- jobs you do not enjoy doing yourself
- jobs that take up too much of your time
You can use me for a one-off job. I offer pay-as-you-go work, so you only use me when you need me.
Or contracted work so you can have me for a set amount of hours a week or month.
I use a time tracker for each customer to keep track of work I’ve done that month.
I have alerts set up so you don’t go over your budget.
I invoice every 4 weeks and payment is due when you get the invoice.
One-off or pay as you go work is £25 per hour.
Contracted work is discounted depending on how many hours a week you want.
For example, 10 hours a week is £15 per hour.

A call back is a really informal chat about you and your business.
We will talk about what you may need help with and what I can do for you.
We can also discuss prices and you have time to think about it all before you make any decisions.
The call back is free of charge and you're under no obligation to go ahead.
It usually lasts around 30 minutes and we can do it via telephone or Zoom, whichever you prefer.
Sometimes, the solution to your problem isn't clear until we have a chat and you tell me more about what you do and how you work.
I had a customer who was really stressed out, forgetting important things, losing out on work, office was a disaster zone.
He didn't know what he needed help with he just knew he needed help.
You will only have to take the time to explain it to me once and I can take all of that work off your plate.
I am a quick learner and write processes down in detail so I know exactly what needs doing when the time comes.
I use a time tracker to make sure you don’t go over your hours and will notify you when you’re close.
It’s your responsibility to provide me with enough work to fill the set hours.
Contracted work can be reviewed every 8 weeks and adjusted e.g. if you want to increase or reduce the hours.
